The Sydney North Branch of ALEA formed in late 2007 in an effort to provide quality professional learning experiences for teachers and help encourage networking with and between schools across the northern suburbs of Sydney in particular. During 2008, we would like to identify an ALEA contact person in each of our local schools. These key people in schools will help disseminate information about ALEA and local activities amongst their staff. We would be keen to hear from these staff about how we can best meet the needs of our local teachers, by providing relevant and practical professional learning experiences.
